These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Anastasiia Iakubov, operating as Style Community Israel, registration no. 345620793, located at Derech Hayam 135, Haifa, Israel ("we", "us", "our") and any person who accesses or uses our website https://anastasiayakubova.com, purchases our services or joins our paid communities ("you", "user", "customer").

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, joining a paid community or otherwise interacting with our digital content, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms published on the website or presented during purchase.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase the services.
2. Eligibility and age restriction
The website and services are intended for individuals over the age of 18 only. By using the website or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into these Terms. If you purchase on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Our website, services and content
Our website provides general information, articles, style resources, visual content, links, guides and marketing information related to styling, fashion, shopping and personal wardrobe development.
Our paid services may include, without limitation:
Paid access to Style Community Israel or other closed Telegram channels, chats or online communities.
Style guides, shopping selections, product and store reviews, outfit ideas, styling explanations and educational content.
Group Q&A formats, community discussions, comments and responses to style questions.
Individual styling consultations, including online or offline consultations, personal style analysis, outfit recommendations and answers to individual style questions.
Wardrobe analysis, wardrobe audit or closet review, including review of existing items, outfit formulas, recommendations on what to keep, alter, style, donate or replace.
Shopping accompaniment, personal shopping support, online shopping selections, store routes, links, product recommendations and assistance with choosing items for your wardrobe.
Workshops, lectures, digital products, personal recommendations or other styling services, where offered separately.
Personal services may be provided online, in person, one-to-one or in a group, depending on the service purchased and the format agreed with us. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the fee covers our professional styling time, content, recommendations and service delivery only, and does not include the cost of clothing, accessories, delivery, customs duties, returns, alterations, transportation, parking, venue costs or other third-party expenses.
The exact scope, duration, price, location and format of each service will be described on the relevant purchase page, website page, payment page, offer, message or invoice. If there is a conflict between general website content and a specific written offer or payment page, the specific written offer or payment page will prevail.
4. Nature of styling advice
Styling, fashion and wardrobe recommendations are subjective and depend on personal taste, lifestyle, budget, body shape, availability of products, local store assortment and other individual factors. Our content and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not guarantee any specific personal, social, professional, financial or emotional result.
You remain responsible for your own purchasing decisions, fitting, sizing, returns and use of any products recommended or mentioned. Product availability, sizes, colors, prices, delivery options and return policies are controlled by third-party stores and may change at any time.
5. Paid services, orders and payments
Paid services may be purchased online through payment links, the website, third-party payment providers or other payment methods approved by us. Payment processing is performed by third-party providers, including Allpay, and is subject to their terms, security procedures and approval by the relevant financial institution.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during purchase, including name, email, phone number, Telegram username or other details requested for service delivery, invoicing and access management. We will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide access caused by incorrect information provided by you.
Prices are stated on the relevant purchase page or offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include any additional costs that may apply to your own purchases from third-party stores, deliveries, customs duties, returns or other expenses.
We may correct pricing errors, cancel or change promotions, and refuse or cancel an order where payment was not approved, information was incorrect, or the order appears fraudulent, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms.
6. Subscriptions, memberships and access to communities
Where a service is provided as a paid membership, subscription or time-limited access to a closed channel, chat or online community, access is granted only for the paid period and only to the purchasing customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
To receive access, you may be required to have an active Telegram account, provide your Telegram username or ID, start a bot, accept an invite link, or follow other technical instructions. If you leave the community, block the bot, change your username or fail to follow the access instructions, access may be delayed or interrupted.
Upon expiry, cancellation, failed payment, refund, chargeback, breach of these Terms or misuse of the community, we may remove access to the relevant channel, chat, content or service.
Style Community Israel may be offered as a recurring monthly subscription. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled by the customer.
7. Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation of services shall be governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the regulations enacted thereunder, as may be amended from time to time, and by any specific cancellation terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Subject to applicable law, a customer may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the transaction details, whichever is later, provided that, where the service is scheduled for a specific date or period, the cancellation request is submitted no later than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled commencement of the service, unless otherwise required by law.
The above cancellation period may be extended to four (4) months in the case of a customer with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as such terms are defined under the Consumer Protection Law, where applicable and subject to the conditions under the law.
Cancellation must be made by written notice to happynastyastylist@gmail.com. The cancellation notice must include the customer’s full name, identification number where required, contact details and sufficient details of the service or transaction to be canceled.
In the event of a lawful cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, as permitted under the Consumer Protection Law, unless a refund without a cancellation fee is required by law.
For paid digital content, memberships, online communities and other services where access to content or service has already started, cancellation and refunds for the current access period may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Cancellation of a recurring membership or subscription will generally stop future renewals, but will not automatically create a refund for a paid period that has already started, unless required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
If cancellation is due to non-conformity, failure to provide the service at the scheduled time, or another breach by us, you may be entitled to a full refund in accordance with applicable law.
8. Community rules and user conduct
If you join a closed community, chat, channel or group, you agree to communicate respectfully and not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, spammy, infringing, harmful or otherwise inappropriate.
You may not share, forward, resell, copy, publish or distribute paid community content, guides, selections, screenshots, recordings or materials outside the paid service without our prior written consent.
We may moderate, remove content, restrict participation or remove a user from a community if we believe the user violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, disrupts the community, shares paid materials externally, fails to pay, or otherwise misuses the service.
9. Photos, messages and user-submitted content
You may choose to send photos, screenshots, links, styling questions, measurements, size information, outfit images or other content for the purpose of receiving advice or participating in discussions. You confirm that you have the right to share such content and that, where other people appear in it, you have obtained any necessary consent.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will use your submitted content for the purpose of providing the relevant service, answering your question, maintaining the community discussion or improving the service. We will not publicly use your photos or personal examples in marketing materials outside the service without your consent, except in anonymized or aggregated form where you cannot reasonably be identified.
10. Third-party stores, products and affiliate links
Our website, content or community may include links to third-party stores, products, services, platforms, websites or resources. These third parties are independent from us and are responsible for their own products, prices, availability, delivery, quality, returns, refunds, privacy practices and terms of sale.
Some links may be affiliate, referral or partner links. This means we may receive a commission or benefit if you purchase through such links, at no additional cost to you, where applicable. The existence of an affiliate link does not change your responsibility to decide whether a product is suitable for you.
11. Use restrictions
You agree not to use the website, services or content in an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, commercial or inappropriate manner. You may not bypass security features, collect information from the website by automated means, use our name or logo without permission, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the content in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
The website, brand name, logo, designs, text, guides, articles, images, videos, recordings, selections, styling explanations, community materials and other content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. No right, title or interest is transferred to you except for a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your own personal purposes during the paid access period.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, resell, create derivative works from, teach from, or otherwise use our content for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent.
13. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect Personal Information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Website availability and changes
We may update, revise, suspend or discontinue the website, content or services, in whole or in part, at any time. We do not guarantee that the website, Telegram platform, payment systems or other third-party platforms will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical issues at all times.
15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website, services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or achievement of any specific styling or personal result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, disappointment with styling outcomes, unsuitable third-party purchases, changes in store availability, or actions taken by you based on our content or recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, services or content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
17. Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website or other notice, unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the website or services after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and services, except for any specific written agreement or purchase terms that apply to a particular service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations where permitted by law.
